Mary joined First Dallas Financial Group in 2007, and has been working in the securities industry since 1979. She is one of our service professionals and is an initial point of contact for questions, concerns or changes to your account. Mary’s duties also include creating and developing asset allocations and financial analysis for our team and clients. She provides analysis help to Jim and Bill in providing financial and investment matters for their clients.
Mary’s experience includes seven years as a stockbroker, bond trader, and back office manager for DeRand Investment Corporation of America in the Washington, DC metroplex, ten years as an investment representative for Edward Jones in Oklahoma, and then Calton and Associates Inc. in Oklahoma.
Mary attended Northern Virginia Community College, was President of Main Street Prague and Prague Kiwanis for two years each, and is active in her church. She has also devoted much of her life to horses. She received a Virginia State Career Certificate in Horse Science from Lord Fairfax Community College in addition to setting up and running her own horse boarding, training, rental and sales business for 10 years.
Mary lives in Allen, Texas and has four children and eleven grandchildren.
